I may be a little late posting this — because we’ve already set our sights on 2026 and the goals have only gotten bigger.

Had to make a special post to highlight an incredible closing that just wrapped up 👏

This beautiful home sits in the heart of Lake Oswego—just a hop and a skip from the lake. This transaction came together on January 12th, and we officially closed on January 30th (with APPRAISAL).

That kind of turnaround doesn’t happen by accident. Huge credit to Chris and Niki for being on top of their documentation and knocking out every task quickly, and to our team for staying completely dialed in from start to finish.

I truly believe we are the best lending team in town, and we’re excited to prove that to everyone who gives us the opportunity and trusts us with one of their biggest financial decisions.
