If you are house-hunting, or will be soon, don't put too much into the paint color on the walls or the stain on the carpet! Those are easier fixes than a leaky roof or an HVAC system from 1986! You also want to consider the windows and electrical system. Lastly, how are the neighbors/neighborhood? Go by at different times of the day and night, you just never know! 😕
