I stopped by an open house near my home today to check out a new ADU build by Sacramento-based Redwood ADU (www.redwoodadu.com). Met the owner, Max (nice guy) and told him how much I like the layout—particularly the HUGE loft for storage. What a great use of space in this beautiful unit!
