🚨 WARNING 🚨

The Spoofing Scams are running rampant again! Today, there have been a number of Bad Actors are attempting to trick our customers into providing sensitive information by impersonating bank employees. A single misclick or slip of the tongue can give these impersonators full access to your accounts.

If you receive an unexpected or urgent call from a North Side Bank & Trust Representative that requests any sensitive information or instructs you to click on a link – HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. These are not our procedures.

Phone scammers often disguise their identity by using illegal spoofing techniques to send false information to your caller ID display. To trick you into answering, spoofers may use local area codes and numbers that look familiar or they impersonate a company you do business with such as your bank, local utility company, or even a government agency. If you suspect you have been targeted or if you have any questions, please give us a call at (513)542-7800.

As part of the 2026 NSBT Mentor Program, our group of up-and-coming banking professionals were tasked with organizing a volunteer project. Together, they chose to support Bethany House Services by collecting much needed goods and volunteering their time.

Bethany House is an incredible non-profit that empowers homeless and at-risk families to achieve housing stability and long-term self-sufficiency. Thanks to their hard work and generosity of our coworkers, friends, and customers, our Mentees were able to collect over $2,000 worth of items that will offer support families in our community.

During our time volunteering, we gathered an even deeper appreciation for Bethany House’s commitment towards its mission to challenge homelessness. As mentors and mentees worked side-by-side to organizing supplies or assisting with cleaning, we were reminded of the power of teamwork while gaining a fresh perspective on the challenges many people in the community face.

A special thank you to Bethany House for the important work you do and to our next generation of bankers for leading this project with such generosity, teamwork, and heart!

🚨 ** IMPORTANT FRAUD ALERT FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS ** 🚨

We have been alerted to increased fraud attempts against business customers in the Cincinnati area. These criminals are using technology to spoof phone numbers and impersonate North Side Bank and Trust Company employees.

Fraud specialists believe that scammers are targeting businesses by using PPP Loan data released by the government last year in a transparency release. They are able to use this information to trick people into providing account numbers or to click links that infect malware to your devices.

You may be a target of a scam if you receive a call by someone claiming to be a NSBT employee if:
🚩You are instructed to verify information with a link contained in a text message
🚩You are instructed to provide your account number or other sensitive information

THESE ARE NOT OUR PROCESSES. Hang up immediately and call (513)542-7800 to verify the validity of the call.

It is crucial to remain vigilant to this growing landscape as fraud enabled by AI gains sophistication. Never follow instructions from unsolicited calls or follow links from unsolicited texts. If you receive a call that seems suspicious, call us at our customer service number 513-853-3525 or your regular account officer.

North Side Bank & Trust is looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team! We currently have full-time Teller openings at both our Main Office and Finneytown branches.

A background in customer service and cash handling is preferred, but prior banking experience is not required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional flexibility needed for Saturday hours (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) or closing coverage until 6 p.m.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
