Another smooth closing in the books! This one had some firsts involved yet again. It was my first VA loan with PrimeLending, which I was told is our bread and butter, and I was not told wrong! Our team is well versed and our processing was seamless! Cherry on top is that we waive our closing costs for veterans 🇺🇸 🫡

This was also the first closing with our “power team” from our Rural Connections BNI (forming) Chapter.
