🔆Summer Friday Hours🔆

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, our office will close at 12:00 PM on Fridays.

During this time, our summer hours will be:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
(Monday & Friday Remote Work. Our physical office will be closed)

We know insurance questions and urgent situations don’t always happen on a perfect schedule. If something urgent comes up after we close on Friday, please call our main office number at 513-661-8300 and leave a message on our general voicemail. An on-call agent will return urgent calls before 4:30 PM.

We appreciate your understanding as our team enjoys a little extra summer sunshine with their families.

We’re excited to welcome Andy to the team this summer at Lauber & Will Insurance!

Andy is currently a student at The Ohio State University majoring in Actuarial Science, and we’re thrilled to have him gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry with us this summer.

Throughout his internship, he’ll be learning more about risk analysis, client service, and the day-to-day operations that help us serve our customers and community.

We’re looking forward to a great summer and can’t wait to see all he accomplishes. Please join us in welcoming him to Lauber & Will Insurance!

We are incredibly honored to be recognized by Erie Insurance as the recipient of the 2025 Erie Insurance Giving Network Agency of the Year award!

Katie, John, and Adam had the privilege of attending the annual Erie Insurance Branch Meeting in Columbus, OH to accept this meaningful award on behalf of our agency.

As part of this recognition, Erie Insurance also presented a $5,000 donation to The Dragonfly Foundation, and today we were honored to officially present the check to their team.

Supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact in our community is something we deeply value, and we are grateful to partner with Erie Insurance in giving back.
