That’s why I’ve been building around a simple idea:

The ability to make decisions on your terms—with clarity and confidence.

🔹 E³ → The process that gets you there:
• Engagement – Start with real conversations, not assumptions
• Emotional Questions – Understand what truly matters beyond the numbers
• Enable Action – Turn clarity into meaningful steps forward

Because clarity builds confidence…
and confidence is what ultimately drives independence.

The industry can be complex. It doesn’t have to feel that way.

Inclusion is about more than just being present — it’s about belonging. 💛

It’s about communities coming together, supporting one another, and making sure every voice is heard and valued. When people of all abilities have the opportunity to connect, advocate, and share their experiences, we create spaces where everyone can thrive.

Moments like this remind us that progress happens when we stand together, listen to each other, and continue working toward a more inclusive world.
