Meet our new Client Service Associate, Mary Zimmer.

As the newest member of our team, Mary brings a strong background in customer service, a positive attitude, and keen attention to detail. Before joining Jay Owens Wealth Planning, Mary was a paralegal for 30 years. Her experience working directly with clients has shaped her client-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is a Seton High School and UC graduate who loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Mary and her husband Mike have been married for 30 years and have three children: Samantha, Andrew and Izzie and one grandson, Dustin. Sammie is married, has a one-year-old son and works as a medical assistant. Andrew just graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May with a bachelor’s degree in insurance risk management and a minor in finance. Andrew and Jay’s son Connor have been lifelong friends and traveled to Europe together after graduation. Izzie is a senior at Seton High School and is a Student Ambassador.

Jeff and his wife, Elizabeth, along with their children Owen, Evan, Ella and Emma have all had a very eventful year so far.

Jeff and Elizabeth recently celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary while on vacation with the family. Owen proposed to his high school sweetheart Abbie in the spring. They are getting married in October of 2027. Evan is about to enter his junior year at Ohio State University where he is studying mechanical engineering. Ella traveled to Columbus to participate in the Special Olympics where she competed in bowling and basketball. For the last two years she has been working at 5/3rd Bank. Emma graduated from Our Lady of Visitation and is going into her freshman year at Seton.

Lots of new and exciting things happening here at Jay Owens Wealth Planning. Let’s get you caught up.

Jay’s son, Connor, graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May with a bachelor’s degree in finance. After graduation, Connor and some of his friends traveled to Europe and went to seven countries in 22 days. Connor is currently working at 5/3rd Bank in their fraud department.

Amelia is living her best life this summer dog sitting. She is about to enter her junior year at Ohio University where she is studying communications and public relations.

Jay and Lori finally took some time for themselves this summer and traveled to Florida for a few days where they relaxed and went to Disney and tackled four theme parks in one day and survived!
