Friends of the African Union and (FAU) the World Conference of Mayors (WCM) through its Committee on the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent will discuss Financing Reparatory Justice for the Global African Community through the Prosperous Coalition. We will discuss creating a grassroots Financing for Development proposal through the cities of the world as we propose the United States Compact for Democracy with a .
Our focus today is how this vision integrates with the new world order being formed so as to integrate at its core Financing for Reparatory Justice as a 75 year Global solution with Nation States, Territory States, City States, Corporate States, Foundations, Trusts and Faith Alliances.
Hershel Daniels Junior, Chairman of the Friends of the African Union and the World Conference of Mayors Committee on the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent will moderate the discussion on the potential for a funding mechanism involving a trillion dollars annually for the next 75 years. He will outline a plan to engage with African leaders during a proposed conference in June 2025, coinciding with Juneteenth, as the second US African Leaders Summit, as authorized by law in the US The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025.
