đź’° $500 ACA REFUND CHECKS ARE GOING OUT!
If you purchased your health insurance through HealthCare.gov, you may have a $500 refund check coming your way.
Here’s what you need to know 👇🏽
đź’µ $500 per eligible person
🏥 Generally for people who purchased coverage through HealthCare.gov and paid their premiums without receiving premium tax credits/subsidies. Administration officials say the primary recipients have income above 400% of the federal poverty level, although some people between 100%–400% who did not receive subsidies may also qualify.
📍 The refunds are limited to eligible consumers in the 30 states that use the federal ACA marketplace — and YES, Ohio is included.
📬 You do NOT have to apply. Eligible recipients have already been identified, and payments are being issued automatically. Some households may receive more than one $500 payment if multiple people qualify.
Checks began going out this week, so keep an eye on your mailbox! 👀💰
