✔️ 3+ years of current underwriting experience
✔️ Active DE (FHA) or SAR (VA) designation (both preferred)
✔️ Encompass + AUS expertise (DU/LP)

✔️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

🔹 Partner with processing and sales to maintain an efficient pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of current underwriting experience
✔️ Active DE (FHA) or SAR (VA) designation (both preferred)
✔️ DPA experience
✔️ Encompass + DU/LP proficiency
✔️ Strong analytical skills and compliance knowledge
✔️ No more than a 16-month gap in underwriting experience
