As a Mortgage Loan Funder, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless closing experience by preparing accurate Closing Disclosures, coordinating funding, ensuring compliance, and working closely with borrowers, title companies, loan officers, and processors.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA loan products
✅ Strong knowledge of Encompass, TRID regulations, CD balancing, and loan documentation
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

At Rapid Mortgage, we know that a great borrower experience starts long before the loan closes. That's why we're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team in the Jackson, Ohio area.

In this role, you'll help borrowers navigate the early stages of the mortgage process by coordinating documentation, preparing pre-approval letters, and ensuring timely follow-up every step of the way.

What You'll Do:
✅ Manage borrower follow-up and collect required documentation
✅ Prepare and issue pre-approval letters
✅ Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and text
✅ Monitor loan pipelines and help keep files moving forward
✅ Support Loan Officers and Processing teams to deliver an exceptional borrower experience

What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Mortgage industry experience preferred, but not required
✔ Team-first mindset and commitment to customer service

📍 Location: Jackson, OH (Office-Based)
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional on-call support
