✨ Friends, I’m hiring! ✨

I’m looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join my team as a part-time independent contractor (about 10 hours a week to start, with room to grow).

We’re a small, female-led, faith-based bookkeeping firm that works with amazing clients (salons, real estate, nonprofits, consulting—you name it). No big corporate vibes here—just a supportive, collaborative team and good people doing good things. 🙌

👉 Experienced bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online pro, 3+ years with multiple clients)

What kind of stuff? Well, that depends on your business. It could be a free consultation, a free inspection, a free gift with purchase, a free gift card for leaving a review. The list could go on and on.

Where are my planners at? Raise your hand! Best, simplest and most effective strategy for a productive day is to PLAN AHEAD! Try time blocking your calendar (8-10am I will respond to emails; 10-12pm I will work on my reports; etc). Make a list of the top 3 most important things to focus on moving your business forward.

Should my business use cash or accrual accounting? While there isn't an "always" or "never" answer to this question, consider if you sell a product or service that is paid for at the time of the sale (cash) or if you invoice a customer for a product or service that is provided today but paid for in the future (accrual). There are also tax implications to choosing cash or accrual, so this is not a question to answer without speaking with a pro!
