ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Associate, you play a key role in our daily operations and help ensure our customers’ success. You’ll develop meaningful customer relationships, support our team, and act as a liaison between customer needs and the right agency departments.

- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries
