Some interesting local history: Our new was originally a small airport owned by a WWII pilot and his wife, Mack and Juanita Kardys. It was in operation from the 50s to the 70s, where Mack would service planes and share his passion for aviation.

We love honoring the stories that came before us. Our high end, yet attainable multifamily units set the stage for new stories to live on— a place to live, work, and dream.

Touring the site work today at the Grand at Anna. I have always been taught that luck is where hard work and opportunity meet. But it was still exciting to find a horseshoe on the pad of a fully moisture conditioned foundation and wonder how old it is and the story behind it. I’m hanging it in the Clubhouse when this puppy is built!
