When we found our dream home, was ready to move forward and place an offer, we unfortunately ran into various issues with the said loan officer we were working with. Due to this, we knew we had to find another that is reliable and trustworthy. As we are first time home buyers, we are definitely very naive with the process, and due to our lack of experience, I decided to do further research online and also decided to watch YouTube videos regarding the various processes in the financial side of home buying - this is where I came across Caton's YouTube channel. As Caton is from San Diego, naturally I reached out. From reaching out to Caton until after our closing he has been a big help! From the get go, I told Caton our issue with the previous loan officer and that we need to get pre-approved right away as we were already ready to place an offer on a house. Within a day of our application and phone consultation with him, we were immediately pre-approved and the whole process moved quite quickly. Throughout the process, Caton was always fast with communicating via text, call and/or email. He is very flexible and would even take time outside work hours to answer any of our questions. Caton was also very informative and explained the process of home buying financials thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and would always reassure us throughout the process. With the help of Caton, we just closed our first home within 30 days of placing an offer. We give Caton 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
