Since joining Hoffman Hanono Insurance Services Emelyn has become an invaluable member of our Commercial Lines team!

After spending her entire career in claims, she took on a new challenge by transitioning to the agency side as a Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant. She’s embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and expand her knowledge and she’s well on her way to becoming an exceptional Account Manager.

Dependable, incredibly smart, and always willing to help, she works seamlessly with our producers and account managers. In an industry where every personality and workflow is different, her adaptability, professionalism, and positive attitude make all the difference.
