Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵 what an experience. ❤️

Out of thousands of State Farm agents, I had the opportunity to be part of an intimate meeting of about 200 agents, learning directly from State Farm leadership, including our CEO.

Moments like this remind me that growth never stops. No matter how far you’ve come, there is always another room to walk into, another person to learn from, and another relationship to build.

One of my favorite parts was also connecting with other incredible agents and leaders from across the country. We may run businesses in different communities, but we share so many of the same goals, challenges, and passion for helping people.

From starting my career in insurance to owning my agency, building my team, and now sitting in rooms like this in Tokyo… I don’t take any of it lightly. 🥹

I’m coming home inspired, grateful, and ready for the next level.

A little bit about the woman behind the business 🤍

Mom of 3. Wife. Business owner. Insurance agent. Coach. And still a woman with big goals of her own.

I’ve learned that you don’t have to choose between being present for your family and being ambitious about the life you’re building. Some days I’m in mom mode, some days I’m running my agency, some days I’m coaching, working out, traveling, or simply trying to keep up with it all. 🖤

I’m proud of the woman I’ve become, but even more excited about the woman I’m still becoming. ✨

Out of nearly 19,000 State Farm agents, only about 1,000 earned this recognition and I do not take that lightly. None of this would be possible without my incredible team. I’m truly honored and so grateful for everything we continue to accomplish together. ❤️
