Last week, we joined United Way of Northwest Florida for their Campaign Kickoff, where our team had the opportunity to participate in an ALICE simulation. It was an eye-opening and interactive way to better understand some of the financial challenges individuals and families in our community face every day.

A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the simulation possible and guided us through the experience!

We’re grateful for everything United Way of Northwest Florida does for our community and proud to support their efforts. Our own United Way fundraising campaign is already underway, and we can’t wait to see what our team accomplishes this year! 🎉💙💚

🎉 Celebrating 49 Years in Banking!

After an incredible 49-year career in banking, Barbara McCullough is getting ready to begin a well-deserved retirement!

Barbara’s career began in 1977 as a teller in Alaska, back when accounts were tracked on green ledger sheets and everything was balanced by hand. Over the next nearly five decades, she worked at financial institutions in Alabama, Georgia and Florida, building extensive experience in banking operations and financial management along the way. Despite the miles her career has taken her, Panama City has always been home. Most recently serving as Controller at Innovations Financial Credit Union, Barbara has been an important part of our credit union family and previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of First National Bank Northwest Florida.

For Barbara, though, banking has always been about much more than numbers. She has spent a lifetime building relationships with the people around her including members, customers, and coworkers she has known since grade school. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for Barbara’s years of service, leadership, knowledge and friendship and for everything she has contributed to Innovations and the communities we serve.
