Our Story

A Plus Insurance was founded in February of 2005 in Chipley, FL. The goal was (and still is) to help the insurance needs of the surrounding communities while putting customer service first. Since the first day of business we have truly stuck to our motto, “Dependable and Trustworthy Service.” The first A Plus Insurance office was located on Falling Waters Road but soon business started to boom. We built our new building in 2006 at 1069-A Main Street. As our customer base grew and the number of companies we wrote for increased, so did our need for more office space. We doubled our office space in 2013, giving more room for our customers and our employees. Now, when you walk into our office, not only are you greeted with a variety of insurance options but with agents who truly care about their customers. We appreciate all our customers and we are excited to continue serving the needs of Washington, Holmes, Jackson and other surrounding counties!
