I want our customers to know who is actually taking care of you when you call our office because I don't think these three women get nearly enough credit for everything they do. ❤️
You may call expecting to talk to me, but the truth is, so much of what happens in our office every single day is handled by Ashley, Candy and Nora. They know our customers, they know this business, and they genuinely care about the people they're helping.
I trust them completely, and I want you to know why.
Ashley — our receptionist and claims guru
Ashley has been with us for two years and also happens to be Nora’s daughter, so apparently insurance runs in the family around here. 😂
She has the kindest soul, the sweetest voice, and a huge heart. She also knows the claims process better than I do. Seriously. If you have a claim, Ashley is the person you want.
What most people don't see is how much she does when nobody has even asked her to. She is constantly watching our customers' claims, checking to make sure things are moving, following up when they're not, and keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.
She doesn't talk much, especially compared to a few of the rest of us 😂 but she doesn't have to. Her ultimate goal is always just to help however she can.
She's simply a really good human. ❤️
Candy — our Property & Casualty representative and resident Chatty Kathy
Candy has been with our office for 3½ years and has 12 years of insurance experience. She works remotely from Libby, and I swear she knows some of our customers better than I do despite the fact that she has probably never met most of them face-to-face. 😂
If you've ever talked to Candy, you understand why. She's our Chatty Kathy. She'll talk to you, get to know you, remember what's going on in your life, and probably ask about it the next time you call.
But what I really want people to know about Candy is just how incredibly tough this woman is.
Candy has been fighting cancer for the last year. She has worked through treatments, exhaustion, and severe pain in her hands and feet from those treatments and she has continued showing up.
There have been plenty of days when I don't know how she did it. But she kept plugging away, taking care of our customers and doing her job, and she rarely complained.
THAT is Candy.
She's tough. She's funny. She's caring. She knows her job inside and out. And she's an absolute rockstar. ❤️
Nora — my ride or die
Nora has been with me for almost five years, but insurance has been part of her life much longer than that. Her dad was an agent, so she grew up around this business.
And it shows.
Honestly, I'm not even sure what Nora's job description should be anymore. 😂
She could run the office. Period.
She knows it all, she does it well, and she cares about this business as much as I do. I could quit tomorrow and know the office would still be okay because Nora would have it handled.
We are so much alike in our personalities and the way we work that it's honestly a little concerning. 😂
There is one major difference, though. Nora can work with an extremely difficult or downright rude customer and somehow walk away stronger than she was before.
I get emotional.
Nora gets it handled. 😂
She is capable of doing everything I can do and more. I trust her judgment completely. I would trust that woman with my life, and I love her like family. ❤️
These three aren't "just my staff."
They're my people — and more importantly, they're YOUR people when you need our office.
So if you call and Ashley answers, Candy starts chatting with you, or Nora steps in to take care of something, please don't ever feel like you're getting "passed off" because you aren't talking directly to me.
You're talking to the people I trust to take care of you.
They have the knowledge, experience and heart to do exactly that. And I couldn't ask for a better team representing our office and taking care of our customers. ❤️
