We had an awesome time at the North Fork California Meat Summit last week in Siskiyou County (Etna and Yreka).

As the first meat summit on the West Coast, it was co-hosted by UC Cooperative Extension and the Siskiyou Economic Development Council. It brought together ranchers, processors, butchers, and industry partners committed to strengthening regional meat supply chains and California’s meat economy.

We were proud to see our clients advocating for the beef industry and sharing their real-world experience and knowledge. The trade show was great, and the farm-to-table dinner was absolutely delicious. It may have been a long drive for a dinner, but the food—and the people—made it worth every mile!
