We’re excited to share that as we kicked off 2026, Heritage welcomed the talented GCI Property and Casualty (P&C) team—Kim Furtado, Mirda Manera, Lisa Barnes, and Vanessa Mendoza—into our family. The merger of GCI (P&C) and Heritage combined the expertise, commitment, and spirit of both organizations, enriching our culture and uniting us as one team. Growing up on a ranch along California’s Central Coast, Steve learned the value of hard work hauling hay, irrigating pastures, and caring for the land. Those early experiences shaped a lifelong passion for serving the farmers and ranchers who grow and raise our food.
