There are many things that I appreciate about Nathan but the biggest ones that stood out to me was his commitment, dedication, and communication. He was always on top of everything and kept me in the loop. In the midst of all this, I gave birth to my first child. I admire Nathan’s strength and hard work in navigating me through this. I am forever grateful for Nathan. This is a dream come true opportunity and to this day, I cannot believe I am officially a homeowner. Additionally, many thanks to Nathan for giving my child a new home. This is something I did not have growing up as a child, let alone my own bedroom.

The GSFA program* pilot will be officially announced next month, and Change will be offering the program! The grant award will offer a 5-year forgivable loan of up to $350,000 to people who were impacted by wildfires and other declared disasters in 2018 and 2020. Income limits will apply. More details to follow in June!
