How many home buyers are paying cash? How is that affecting the market?

Interesting Stats for potential home buyers

1. The average home got 2.7 offers in January.
2. In January 2024, all cash buyers now stand at 32% of home sales
3. In 2003, just 10% of repeat primary residence home buyers were cash. While in 2023, 26% of repeat buyers were without a mortgage

1. With cash competition, you need the right team on your purchase

2. Your Realtor can't be a "friend" or someone who does this part time.

3. Your lender has to have the ability to pre-underwrite your loan and be available outside of 9-5 (like CK and our team).
