Hello June !
A new month. A fresh start. A reminder that the people we love are worth protecting.
As we head into summer vacations, graduations, weddings, and family gatherings, it's a great time to ask yourself:
If something happened to me, would my family be okay?
Life insurance isn't about preparing for the worst—it's about protecting the life you've worked so hard to build.
Here's to a month of sunshine, new opportunities, and peace of mind.
If you've been meaning to review your coverage or explore your options, I'm here to help.

Most of us think about mortgage protection as a way to keep the bank happy. But when I talk to families, I realize it’s not just about the house: it’s about the life lived inside it.

Paying off the loan is a huge relief, but it doesn’t cover the grocery runs, the utility bills, or the kids' activities. Your family needs a safety net that protects their daily lifestyle, not just a debt. We want to make sure your loved ones can stay in their home and keep living the life you’ve worked so hard to build for them.

I’m all about keeping things simple. We offer personalized coverage that fits your actual needs, and our process is completely hassle-free. If you’re ready to look beyond just the mortgage, I’m here to help. Drop a message, and I promise a callback within 24 hours.

As May comes to an end, so does Older Americans Month! For many of us Gen X’ers, this season of life looks a lot different than we imagined. We’re helping our kids build their futures while also helping our care for our parents. Scheduling appointments , having hard conversations and making sure things are in place.
It’s a lot. One things I’ve learned is that planning ahead is one do the greatest gifts we can give to the people we love.
Like final expense planning , estate planning, life insurance policy reviews and making sure retirement and financial plans are organized.
Not because we expect the worst but because we want to be prepared.
To everyone in this stage of life , I see you and I’m right there with you. If you ever have any questions message, me anytime. I’m here to help.

Does anyone else feel like they’re being squeezed from both sides lately?

If you’re in your late 40s or early 50s like I am, you know exactly what I mean. We’re right in the middle: cheering on our kids as they find their own way while also keeping a closer eye on our aging parents. It’s a beautiful, busy, and honestly, sometimes exhausting season of life.

Between the sports schedules and the doctor appointments for Mom or Dad, it’s easy to let our own "to-do" list slide. But here’s the thing: the life you’ve worked so hard to build deserves to be protected.

A mid-life policy checkup isn't about being sold something new. It’s about making sure the coverage you got years ago still fits the reality of your life today. Is your mortgage protected? Would your family be okay if the unexpected happened?

I’m here to help you look at the gaps, not to push a product. Let’s make sure your safety net is actually under you. If you’ve been feeling the squeeze, maybe it’s time for a quick chat to get some peace of mind.

To our city workers, firefighters, and police officers: I know you take pride in the benefits you’ve earned through years of hard work. But here’s the reality: those benefits are often tied to your badge or your desk. If you leave the job or move into retirement, that protection usually stays behind.

It’s what I call the "City Job Trap." You feel secure today, but your family’s long-term security shouldn't depend on your current employment status.

A personal policy is yours to keep forever. It stays with you through retirement and beyond, ensuring your loved ones are always protected, no matter where life takes you. It’s about building a legacy that belongs to you, not your employer.

I’m here to help - not sell. I want to make sure you have a plan that truly belongs to you and your family. Let’s look at your options together so you can keep serving our community with the peace of mind you deserve.

I hear it so often from friends and clients: "Traci, did I wait too long?"

There’s this common worry once you hit 60 that the window for building a legacy or securing protection has closed. But honestly? I’m seeing a huge surge in people in their 60s and 70s taking action right now. It’s not about starting over; it’s about finishing well.

Whether it’s making sure your kids aren’t hit with final expenses or just knowing your home is secure, it’s never too late to put a plan in place. This isn’t just about numbers: it’s about that deep breath you take when you know your family is okay no matter what.

If you’ve been putting this off because you thought the clock ran out, let’s talk. There are so many options designed specifically for this stage of life. It’s about peace of mind for you and a gift of security for them.

In honor of May being Older Americans Month let this be a reminder to take care of things that we have been putting off, either for ourselves or for our aging parents.

As we get older, there are a few important things we don’t want to put off.
✔ Final expense planning
✔ Life insurance reviews
✔ Debt relief options
✔ 401(k) rollovers
✔ Estate planning

These steps help protect your independence and make things easier for your family.
If you have questions or would rather talk through things face-to-face, I’m always available to help—no pressure, just a conversation.

I do it for all my friends.
Shouldn't we be supporting each other? A little shout-out or a tag goes a long way.

I love seeing my friends grow!
There is enough food for all of us to eat.
