my background, I started in the mortgage industry in 1985 and am knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the business from loan origination to processing to overseeing closings. In 1998 I opened my own residential mortgage brokerage firm, Coyne Financial LLC, and am proud that for each of the 12+ years we were in business we received the Better Business Bureau Complaint Free Award. In 2010, I joined the Blueleaf Lending team and am Vice President at it’s Chicago Northwest side branch. I am able to originate residential mortgages throughout the United States and offer my clients Conventional, FHA and VA financing. Through Blueleaf Lending, I can sell loans directly to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as a first subsidiary of Midwest Community Bank, as well as assist you with the many unique programs offered by Blueleaf such as:
