Today I saw an uptick in clients asking about down payment assistance (DPA) programs. DPA is my jam. My bread and butter if you will.🍞🧈

This program allows for lender contributions in addition to seller credits negotiated. We can give anywhere from 2-4% of the loan amount to use towards your down payment and closing costs.

In Dallas County, we require a-
Minimum credit score of 620.
Maximum household income of $121,750

For example, on a $250,000 home, that's nearly $10k in credits applied! With a recent client, we estimated she'd only need to bring about $6k to closing!
