I have to share this! I’m doing my first Spanish-speaking loan today. If you ask how I am doing this (because I am not fluent in Spanish), it’s all due to Guaranteed Rate’s amazing technology.

We have the loan application and lender disclosures available in Spanish. My processor speaks Spanish and I’m using email to communicate in Spanish. The best news is that I am able to offer them a lower rate and closing costs fees than their initial Spanish-speaking loan officer who quoted them a 1.5% higher rate and $2,000 more in fees.

I can’t wait to get this family to the closing table and help them buy their first home!

I subbed for my sister last week and this is what 160 lunches looks like. Thank you to this Schaumburg Brownie group of 3rd graders for helping out. We welcome any groups, friends, families, etc that would like to help make and assemble Loving Lunches. We make lunches on Sundays and can be flexible with the times.
