Out in Fox Valley!! it’s no joke out here. This is more Enduro off-road technical tight trails with trees and roots and mud and you gotta have skills to be out here. That’s for sure.!! I’m still learning now but my past experience on bikes and stuff has definitely helped. I will succeed to get up this hill.!!

What a day!! I had so much fun, climbing the hills riding through the tricky sand, insanely tricky, creeks, water waterbeds, rocks, Clay you name it it was out there. Then I found an actual race track. I had jumps some table tops. Some nice burns to turn on. It was a blast. For my very first time on a dirt bike in over 20 years plus I didn’t do too shabby. After taking a break and jumping back on, it actually even did much better I found a few areas where I could open it wide open in that thing screams!! so much fun! I think I’m heading back tomorrow. We’ll see how I feel when I wake up lol

God knows the past years have been very torturous and treacherous for me. I fought through every day, keeping the faith for over the past 15 years that eventually I would pull through whatever challenges God wanted me to go through spiritually physically mentally emotionally whatever lessons that we’re supposed to be learned I was up for the challenge and I knew that eventually I would persevere. Literally within the past week some major shifts have taken place to where I’ll be getting to feel no pain or I should say a lot less pain, more energy and more like myself again. People don’t know what pain will do to you when you’re experiencing it every single day of your life for a year after year after year. I wanted something that would get me out in nature and out in the woods and trails and I finally pulled the trigger and got me a YZ 125X. I’m having the most fun I’ve had in years today out here at the Badlands in Attica, Indiana !! I’ll be back tomorrow. It’s a 2 Hour Dr. but it’s well worth it they even have campgrounds and cabins so I will be back here for sure next spring and next summer. I’ll even be coming back here during the winter. I don’t care!! The next chapter of my life is beginning and I’m so excited for all the wonderful people I’m going to connect with all the families that I’m gonna help Purchase Homes and all the wonderful thing I’m going to do!! for the past years I’ve been laying around healing sleeping, stuck inside, visioning all the dreams and goals that I want to accomplish!! it’s a game out now!! I still have a little ways to go, but I’m rounding third base in coming home that is for sure! More to come for me lots more!!

Oh yeah, don’t forget. I’m saving Loans left and right From Other loan officers that can’t get them done.

Next year is going to be an interesting year for clients who are purchasing condos with the new guideline changes with condos associations requiring to hold 15% of their annual budget instead of 10%. No worries for some reason if they don’t and this condo is deemed non-warrantable. I’ve got you covered. We have options.!!

Loving what i'm doing for my clients!! We work miracles! I saved 3 FHA 203K loans over the past three months. All three of them were with other lenders for over 3 months. They got referred to me and we closed one in 18 days, one if 21 days and the other in 25. This client below was not one of them. However, it was for a client who purchased a condo that was not approved by FHA. We were able to get the association approved so that the client could close on the home she truly loved!
