I had been looking for a year and could not get an offer accepted. Vashti asked me to please speak with one more lender and thankfully I did. It was August and he explained my options and let me know he was going to try his best to get me in a home before the new year closed out. My spark was back and we decided to switch my loan from FHA to conventional. He then walked me through the process from start to finish, let me know the range I should stay in and what to check for with taxes etc. and in about 2 weeks or less we were under contract! He was accessible throughout the entire process and checked in with updates weekly and his team was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and worthy of finding a home despite the luck I had previously. I can’t thank August enough for reigniting my desire to continue the search. I call him my fairy god loan officer because he could not have come into my life at a better time to guide me through to closing. I have already referred my friend and my aunt and will be referring more. I would highly recommend August and his amazing team to anybody, but especially first time homebuyers like myself!!
