A lifelong Chicago-area resident, I have been in the home loan business since 1995. You can bet I know the local market and understand the importance of treating each transaction with the personal care it deserves. Having been in the industry for so many years, I have seen a multitude of loan scenarios and homebuying situations. I have worked with a variety of clients, from first time homebuyers t

o real estate investors with multiple properties. I also specialize in cooperative apartments, a niche market requiring unique co-op financing solutions that almost no other mortgage company can offer. I am dedicated to providing an efficient and individualized mortgage experience for every client, and I pride myself on creating and nurturing relationships, even after closing day. That is how I have been able to navigate the ups and downs of the mortgage and real estate markets over the years when others have not. Born and raised in Chicago’s western suburbs, I currently live in the northern suburbs. When I’m not guiding my clients through every step of the homeownership process and helping my partners grow their businesses, I’m spending time with my wife, Cynthia, and son, Sean.

Anytime I wanted to reach out I was able to and get a response very quickly. He also gave a lot of insight on what was "normal" throughout the homebuying process and what was not, which was very much appreciated as we were first time homebuyers. Overall I greatly appreciated his expertise and would recommend him in the future.
