Our fast growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Customer Service Professional with outstanding phone skills. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are looking for people who are self starters, quick learners, and have a desire to help people. This is a work from home position, so you need to be an organized, motivated, and independent professional. Previous real estate experience is not necessary, but previous phone experience is a MUST.

This position involves inbound and outbound calls to/from homeowners in the state of Illinois & Georgia, who have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to you as the Customer Service Representative to manage those calls and create an instant rapport, while gathering basic information about their property. Your primary goal is to qualify our leads and set appointments for our sales team.

Compensation: $4-$6 USD Per Hour (plus % bonuses and future growth to being a closer with our sales department which can make 6 figures/year)
Availability to work between Monday - Thursday 2pm - 8pm & Saturday 10am to 4pm Central Standard Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be on the phone talking to potential clients for hours on end everyday
Follow up and nurture old leads in our database.
Hunting for new leads via cold calling, texting and emailing (platforms provided)
Create rapport with callers, collect information, and gauge motivation to sell (scripts provided).
Set appointments for the sales team.
Enter all information gathered into company CRM (database)
Track progress daily entering it into company scorecard.
Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company with integrity.
A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Guidelines, structure, and established policies should be followed closely.

Job Qualifications:
Must be an active listener who can build excellent rapport with all personality types and who doesn't get discouraged by "No's" or difficult conversations with homeowners.
Should be a friendly and responsive team player with a strong sense of duty.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
Must be a self starter who values/prioritizes professional and personal growth.
Must be technologically proficient and able to multitask during phone calls. Must be comfortable using Google products such as Drive, Photos, Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
