If you have Medicare and Medicaid (both of these cards) and live in Illinois, you may qualify for a new integrated plan for 2026. Illinois is becoming what's called a "Dual State" in 2026. This means Medicare/Medicaid plans that are designed for people on both with additional benefits included like food allowance cards on top of additional Dental, Vision, Hearing, Gym, and Transportation benefits.
