Belvedere has been making markets on the trading floor for over 20 years. Although the landscape of the floor has changed vastly over time, one thing has remained constant: the electric energy. Confidence, Community, and a Career in Fintech: When Rosa Gao is not spending time with her dog or binge-watching true crime shows, she's helping shape the trading engine and soaking up everything Belvedere has to offer.

Our partners at Rewriting the Code were a significant part of her journey from first time intern to full time software engineer.
