At our first annual Kinzie State of the Union, we discussed winning as a unified team. We highlighted our mission and core values, reviewed our short- and long-term company goals, celebrated personal and professional achievements, discussed team development and more.

Congrats to our summer interns for completing their 12-week internship! We celebrated their hard work with our first annual intern scavenger hunt around the city, which included the Kinzie Street Bridge (of course) and a wild animal (pigeons).

Internships are an important part of our team dynamic and culture. We aim to provide our interns with meaningful experience and contribute to their career growth, while ensuring some fun along the way!
