🏚️➡️🏡 Renovations don’t happen overnight — they happen one decision at a time.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at one of the projects I’m currently managing.

There’s a lot more happening on a renovation than what you see in the final “after” photos.

My role is to stay involved throughout the process — walking the property, reviewing progress, coordinating with contractors, identifying issues, managing changes, and making sure the work continues moving toward the owner’s goals.

On this project, we’re working through multiple improvements, including flooring, kitchen and bathroom renovations, carpentry, painting, windows, plumbing, and other repairs throughout the property.

This is also why my construction background plays such a big role in how I approach real estate.
When I walk into a property, I’m not only looking at what it is today — I’m thinking about:
🔨 What needs to be repaired
📋 What work needs to be prioritized
💰 Where unexpected costs could show up
🏡 What improvements can add value
👷 How to get the project from purchase → renovation → finished property.

A client recently reached out to me because she needed concrete work redone and her exterior stairs rebuilt. She was nervous about choosing the wrong contractor and wanted someone who was knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and experienced.

That’s where I was able to help.

I reached out to my team at Simple Builders, and Moises stepped in to help bring the project together. The work is moving along beautifully, and I’m excited to see the transformation!

🏡🔑 JUST CLOSED AND THE WORK IS JUST BEGINNING!

Excited to celebrate another successful closing! I had the opportunity to provide buyer representation on this investment property, helping my client secure the right opportunity with the bigger picture in mind.

But my role doesn’t end at the closing table.
🔨 Next, I’ll be managing the rehab and renovation
