14x Winner!

The BSC Group is honored to once again been recognized as the Best Finance Broker in the Inside Self Storage 2025 Best of Business reader-choice awards. The ISS Best of Business reader-choice poll solicits votes from industry professionals to elect their favorite vendors across 40 distinct categories, and this marks the 14th time we have received this distinguished award since starting the firm in 2009. We would like to give a BIG shout out to all of our loyal customers and industry partners who took the time out to vote for us.

At the BSC Group, we understand that every property presents different challenges, every client brings with them a unique situation, and that the financial markets are dynamic and always changing. That's why we approach every deal with a fresh eye, making sure we provide the best solution every time. Our fresh thinking comes from being in the capital markets on a daily basis where we measure volatility, identify loan program options, and communicate with financing sources to determine active lenders and their terms. We then deliver this market intelligence to clients so you can make smarter financing decisions.

We are humbled and proud to announce that The BSC Group has once again been named "Best Finance Broker" in the 2023 Best of Business Awards by the readers of Inside Self Storage.

The BSC Group has been keeping busy in 2023 amidst a challenging lending environment. While the capital markets are open for construction, bridge, and permanent debt executions, navigating the transactions has become more challenging. Saying that, we are getting deals across the finish line including four in the last 30 days, with nearly a dozen more currently under application. We remain committed to our clients' success and look forward to discussing your particular situation to uncover the best solutions available in the market.
