What’s the difference between a captive insurance agent and an independent insurance agent (aka broker)?

As an independent broker, I’m not tied to one insurance company. That means I can look at your situation first and then find the carrier that makes the most sense for you.

Instead of trying to make your situation fit the eligibility guidelines of one carrier, I can match your coverage needs with the right insurance market.

I’m not just looking for a competitive rate today. At renewal, I can continue to review your options and help make sure your coverage and pricing still make sense — without you having to spend your time shopping around.

If you have a teen heading back to school or a college student taking a car — your auto policy needs a look! 🎒🚘

A few things to confirm:
✅ All drivers in your household are listed
✅ Your student's away-at-school situation & good student status are accurate (can affect your rate)
✅ Your liability limits are high enough (teen drivers = higher risk)
