One year ago, this was just a vacant lot.
Today, we’re standing on the rooftop of a five-story, 132-unit mixed-use building, and we’ve officially topped out.
When we first found this site at Fremont, we saw the potential immediately.
✅ Strong transit access (steps from the Red Line).
✅ Walkable to Chicago’s best dining and retail.
✅ Deep demand for modern rental housing.
We didn’t want to just build another apartment building.
We set out to design a real community:
- Ground-floor retail to energize the block.
- Smart layouts, co-working lounges, and location-driven perks that make city living seamless.
Huge thanks to our general contractor, our incredible union teams, our project manager, and especially our investors and partners who made this possible.
