Built in the 1890’s, this 2,000 sqft single family home underwent corrective structural work necessitated by nearby trees, and a full interior gut renovation. At acquisition, the building was leaning and walls were cracking, and the interior was difficult to inhabit. Entire project took 4 months to complete and cost $60k all-in (excluding the countless hours on interior design research of course!).
