As a DRW employee and Associate Board member for College Possible, Danielle supports students navigating the path to college and beyond. What started as a desire to give back while pursuing her own graduate degree became an opportunity to mentor students, support fundraising efforts, and witness the long-term impact of educational access.

What happens when software engineers, quantitative researchers, and nonprofit leaders collaborate on a STEM challenge for high school students? At DRW, it looked like students designing APIs, solving complex problems together, and discovering new possibilities for their future careers.

Through our partnership with Code2College, employees across Austin and Chicago offices helped create hands-on learning experiences that made technical concepts approachable, collaborative, and fun.

One student left the competition saying: “I want to become an engineer.”
