Rates are holding steady after they came down so much these last few days. This is a great thing to express since the market rose so much and so far the big work was that rates would pop up.

Mortgage rates are seeing a dramatic drop recently with the stock market and AI fears.

If you were waiting for lower rates, now is the time to act.

ARM's (Adjustable Rate Mortgages) are making a comeback because polls are finding out that home owners do not stay in the same loan for more than 5 years or they pay them off in 10 or less through advanced principal payments.

Either way, they are still set at 30 year amortization (payment schedule)

There are even options to get a rate in the mid 4's but call for details.
