Using our software, we are able to connect these deliveries quick and efficiently but most important, by partnering with our all star team of G-Runners we complete each of these deliveries in a customer oriented fashion. We look to “WOW” all of our gift recipients as we walk through their office with their bouquet of flowers. Our G-Runners are at the core of this. We want the PROS in the business who understand when things go wrong it takes clear communication and a quick customer oriented thinking to solve these issues. We value everyone on our team’s input especially the G-Runners completing each delivery. Our app has features specifically added by the request of our G-Runners and we are always improving as a team.
