Fellow Insurance agents. DO NOT USE ExamFX for your Continuing education. Their customer service is aweful. I purchased their all access package under the impression that the courses promoted on their website would be available for me...Including ethics courses. When I approached their customer service stating that this must be a mistake and I either wanted a partial refund from the price difference from the individual courses i took compared to the all access package. I was told no and was offered ZERO solutions. Their customer service is only looking out for the benefit of the company and not their customers...ZERO STARS
