1. We take a snapshot of all member wallets holding the Membership NFT before each vote.

2. We check how much $XRP you’re holding and compare it across all members. Voting power is capped to avoid whale wallets having too much influence.

3. Your voting power is based on your $XRP balance. One vote for every 1 $XRP in your wallet.

XRPL runs on independent validators for security, consensus & decentralization. Many operate at a loss. A structured grant path helps cover infra costs, attract new validators, boost geographic diversity & strengthen the network long-term.
