Posting on facebook is not my strong suit. But today we must acknowledge Courtney Pritt; now a 5-year licensed agent in this agency. That's 10,400 hours! You know what they say about the 10K hour rule? Yes, 10K hours to achieve world-class expertise in any field. Well, Courtney has hit that mark. She has become a strong advisor and advocate for our clients. She knows this business and knows our products well. Many industries are complex. Property and casualty insurance is one of those industries. It's rare to find an insurance agent that knows their contracts inside and out. For the cherry on top, she knows our adjusters' personalities and can manage the customers' expectations based on the adjuster they're assigned. Not many insurance agents know the individuals who cut the check to the customer. Insurance is far from glamorous. Heck, most of us consider our insurance contracts to be a pain in our a**. But when our customers need those contracts to pay, having a knowledgeable advisor to walk them through the process is imperative. Today we celebrate Courtney.
