Is it finally time to make a move?

Jerome Powell and crew have finally started to loosen up, lowering the Federal Funds rate last week by 50bps (.5%). More rate decreases are anticipated and were already been priced into mortgage rates before the Fed rate cut. Mortgage rates have fallen more than .5% in the past few months and have fallen nearly 2% since the highs in late 2023.
