Don’t ever do this.

Too many people do this just to impress others and they think they’re rich.

They’re not.

Vehicles whether it’s a MB, BMW, Range Rover, Tesla, etc. depreciates over time.

Don’t be surprised when you buy a new vehicle for $75,000, and in 8 years, it depreciated down to $22,000.

You have it financed? Add the interest of the loan you were paying on a monthly basis. Add maintenance, annual DMV Fees, and Automobile Insurance. Add the total cost of having a vehicle for 8 years.

How much did you pay in 8 years for that $75,000 vehicle?

Great advice. Plan and start as early as possible.

Know the difference between “good debt” and “bad debt.” Most people carry “bad debt.” They’re always broke.

Know the difference between “good debt” and “bad debt.” Most people carry “bad debt.”

They’re always broke.

Normal in America means debt. Credit cards, student loans, mortgages, car payments, payday loans, and more. Normal in America means being broke. Don’t settle for normal.

Freedom isn’t free. It’s been defended by generations of brave Americans who answered the call. Today and every day, we honor those who served.

8 'Assets' You Think Are Making You Rich (They're Quietly Draining You)
Leased luxury cars, timeshares, and crypto on leverage feel like wealth.

They are not.

Each one drains about $1,200 a month from your pocket.

The grid shows the flip from asset to liability.

Stop calling it wealth.

Start cutting the loss.

Two decisions will shape your life more than any others.

Who you marry and how you make your money.

Get those two right and almost everything else becomes easier. Get them wrong and even the wins feel heavy.

Nobody talks about this enough. We obsess over which stock to buy or which budgeting app to use. But those are rounding errors compared to the person you build a life with and the work you do every day.

Your spouse affects every financial decision, every stress level, every long-term goal. Your career is the engine that funds the entire thing.

Master those two and you’ve solved a big part of the equation.

78% of Americans Live Paycheck to Paycheck
Most U.S. workers are one missed paycheck from financial ruin.

Median savings sit around four thousand dollars.

Average credit card debt is over six thousand.

The retirement gap now exceeds one trillion dollars.

The fix is simple.

Save one month of expenses first.

Then kill the debt.

Then invest fifteen percent of your income.

Everyone wants the new car smell and the low monthly payment marketing trick that comes with it.

Almost nobody talks about what it feels like to just not have a car payment at all.

A paid-off car gives you something a new car can't.

A monthly payment of $0.

The average car payment in America right now is over $735 a month.

Over a 6 year loan, that's more than $50,000 just in payments, before gas, insurance, and maintenance even enter the picture.

Meanwhile a paid-off car, even an older one, costs you almost nothing beyond upkeep.

That's not a small difference.

That's $735 a month you can redirect into your retirement account, your emergency fund, or literally anything else that builds your future instead of someone else's balance sheet.

New cars depreciate the second you drive off the lot.

A paid-off car is the rare asset that actually gets cheaper to own the longer you keep it.

I'm not saying never buy a new car.

I'm saying the fastest way to feel richer isn't a bigger paycheck.

Sometimes it's just having one less bill on the list.

10 Things Rich People Buy That Poor Think Are a Waste

Rich people buy index funds while poor people buy lottery tickets every single week.

They take online courses while poor people buy the latest gadgets on store credit.

They invest in real skills while poor people buy designer shoes they cannot afford.

They buy used cars with cash while poor people lease brand new luxury BMWs.

Every single purchase is a vote for the kind of life you actually want to build.
