We're pleased to welcome Brad Holly to Kirkland Capital Group as our new Capital Projects Manager.

Brad brings extensive experience in construction project management, facilities management, and commercial renovations. Throughout his career, he has managed projects ranging from interior renovations and tenant improvements to complete commercial buildouts, working closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving from planning through completion.

Brad brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to his work, with a strong emphasis on planning, communication, accountability, and practical problem-solving.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and supporting local youth sports and community initiatives.

We're excited to have Brad on the KCG team and look forward to the experience and perspective he brings to our growing capital projects capabilities.
