🏡 YES — We Are Still Writing Home Insurance! 🏡

We’ve heard there may be some confusion in the community, so we wanted to clear things up:

We absolutely CAN and ARE writing homeowners insurance!

Like many agencies across our area, there are certain types of homes that can be more challenging to place due to current insurance market restrictions. Because we live in an area with higher wildfire exposure, some homes—particularly those in higher protection classes or more remote locations—may have fewer carrier options.

Manufactured homes, especially older manufactured homes, can also have a more limited market. That doesn’t mean we can’t insure them! It simply means we may have fewer companies available depending on the age, condition, location, and other characteristics of the home.

Every property is different, and we’re happy to take a look at your individual situation and see what options are available.

So if you’re buying a home, shopping your current insurance, or just want to see what we can offer — give us a call! We are here, we are writing home insurance, and we’d be happy to help. 🏠

And as always, availability and eligibility are subject to individual carrier underwriting guidelines.
