Just sharing 2025 with you, it was AMAZING! Our goal was to originate $6 Billion in development funding loans and we EXCEEDED that goal and originated $19.4 Billion in development funding loans INTERNATIONALLY (Ghana, Philippines, Caribbean, USA) I've been in the Commercial mortgage origination market for 25 years and NEVER have done that before!

With the INTERNATIONAL fund that we've been working with for the last 15 years, they have even developed what they call the "GREG DAVIS SPECIAL," for ALL of my clients only, that their "Due Diligence Fee" will be made in PAYMENTS instead of all at once, which is NOT Normal!
